Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the 32Red Bingo website or bingo software made available on the 32Red Bingo website.

These Terms of Service together with any other additional rules, terms and conditions that appear on the 32Red Bingo.com website or that specifically relate to and govern any particular event, game, Software or tournament, constitute a legally binding agreement between 32Red Bingo and you the player (the"Terms of Service"). Please refer in particular to the Privacy Policy, Security Policy and Restricted Territories.

GAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Players wishing to play for real money must be over the age of 18. (It's the law.)
• Only one account is allowed per player. (This is unfortunately necessary to prevent abuse of our generous bonus policies.) Any player found in violation of this rule may have all their accounts terminated.) The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
• Players are required to keep all registration details in a safe place. 32Red Bingo will not accept liability for any damages caused by misuse of any player account.
• The purchase of all tickets is final. You cannot "undo" a ticket purchase. Tickets purchased will be displayed at the beginning of each game. If you leave or are disconnected prior to game start, the game continues and your tickets will still be played. No refunds are available.
• 32Red Bingo reserves the right to withhold the payment of winnings to any player pending verification of the player's identity.
• Only players that have funded their account with a cash deposit are eligible to win jackpot prizes (Progressive Jackpot and Promotional Games
• Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment to any Player should the Player have provided us with false or misleading information, is found to have violated any policy rule, or if for any reason the Player account is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings void.
• Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment of any game which may requires further investigation due to any system malfunction in which case 32Red Bingo will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.
• Management reserves the right to terminate any Player account at any time without notice if found to be violating any of the above rules and at its discretion suspend a Player's account, void any winnings and withhold any balance in a Player's account.
• In the case of dispute, the decision of 32Red Bingo management will be final. Always fair, but final.

WELCOME BONUS AND REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• It is the responsibility of the Player to ensure that they understand and comply fully in respect of any national and international laws, regulations, directives etc applicable to the Player.
• Please note that the Welcome Bonus is limited to ONE account per household.
• Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment to any Player should the Player have provided us with false or misleading information, is found to have violated any policy rule, or if for any reason the Player account is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings void.

The Player upon registration accepts and agrees to abide by the rules as set out above and which may be amended from time to time. The Player is responsible for review of these rules and policies on a regular basis.
